We invite you to explore our flavor menu and discover the local artisans whose specialty products enhance our truffles. With the exception of our gluten-free and vegan selections, all flavors are crafted using eggs, butter, nuts, and preserves sourced from the Raleigh Farmers Market.

Caramel
Made with a chocolate ganache, locally sold walnuts that we roast, and caramel that we get from the Cary Caramel Company.
Strawberry
With a vanilla and strawberry base, we enrich this truffle with strawberry preserves, a freeze dried strawberry and vanilla crumble, and a touch of vanilla extract from the Savory Spice Shop in Raleigh.
Cookies & Cream
As the very first flavor we made, this one holds a special place for us. This truffle has a cookies and cream base, and hint of Savory Spice extract, and is topped with coconut shavings for added flavor. This truffle is also available in a vegan and gluten-free option upon request.
Dark Chocolate
Our dark chocolate truffle features a decadent, rich dark chocolate ganache, complemented by a smooth chocolate sauce and finished with seasonal sprinkles for a festive touch. This truffle is also available in a vegan and gluten-free option upon request.
S'mores
Our S'mores truffle is a personal favorite and one of our most popular flavors. It features a rich dark chocolate ganache, delicately infused with a touch of liquid smoke, and complemented by a swirl of marshmallow fluff and a sprinkling of graham cracker crumble for the perfect finishing touch.
Peanut Butter
The Baked Peanut Crumble showcases premium, North Carolina-grown peanuts, enveloped in a luscious peanut butter and chocolate ganache. Elevated by the rich, artisanal butter sourced from Big Spoon Roasters, this indulgent creation offers a truly luxurious flavor experience.
Peppermint
A year-round favorite, our peppermint truffle features a velvety dark chocolate ganache, infused with pure peppermint extract from the Savory Spice Shop. It’s artfully finished with a sprinkling of crushed candy canes, sourced from our local North Carolina market, for a handcrafted touch of seasonal delight.
Birthday Cake
This fun truffle has a confetti flavored ganache, and added vanilla extract from the Savory Spice Shop in Raleigh. It features a festive topping of rainbow sprinkles, and is a great addition to any party.
Gingerbread
Ideal for the holiday season, this spiced ganache captures the warmth of the festivities with ingredients like cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves, sourced from Savory Spice Raleigh, along with a touch of vanilla. Also included is a bit of cinnamon whipped honey from Cloister Honey, and finished off with a delightful gingersnap cookie crumble, adding the perfect festive crunch.
Red Velvet
This timeless flavor has a vanilla and red velvet base, completed with a red velvet and dried raspberry crumble.
Espresso & Raspberry
Our espresso truffle (left) is flavored with Gabi's Grounds dark roast coffee, has a hint of chocolate sauce, and is finished with a ground coffee topping. The raspberry truffle (right), is filled with a rich raspberry and vanilla ganache, raspberry preserves from our NC farmer's market, and is topped with freeze dried raspberries.
Toffee
As another fan favorite, the toffee ganache is enhanced with toffee from Killer Toffee in Cary, and topped with a toffee crumble.
Pumpkin Spice
As a truly unique truffle, this pumpkin spice ganache has a hint of whipped pumpkin spice honey from Cloister Honey, and is topped with a combination of orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice from Spice Shop Raleigh.
Apple Pie
This fun flavor features a vanilla and apple ganache, a hint of apple preserves from our NC market, and has a cinnamon sugar and freeze dried apple crumble.
Lemon Honey and Lemon
Our lemon truffle has a vanilla and lemon ganache, a bit of whipped lemon honey from Cloister Honey, and has a lemon zest and vanilla crumble. Our honey truffle, flavored with a vanilla honey ganache, a hint for farmers market honey and topped with a baked honey crumble.
